Mr. Kowalkowski is a lifelong Michigan resident. He completed his undergraduate studies at Michigan State University. After graduation he went on to receive his law degree from the Wayne State University Law School. While in law school he worked for Oakland County Circuit Court Judge Gene Schnelz.
Andy has experience representing family law clients in various matters from start to finish. As a father of two young children he has particular concern for the well being of young children in divorce and custody disputes. His attention to detail with clients often results in them obtaining lasting results that avoid future litigation.
Since joining Pierce, Farrell, Tafelski & Wells Mr. Kowalkowski has further expanded his skills while representing individuals in a variety of complex legal issues. His reputation and clientele has resulted in representation of individuals in all types of family law matters throughout the state of Michigan. He believes in thorough preparation of every file as a means for achieving the best outcome. In addition, he prides himself on outstanding communications with clients at every step of their legal process.
Recently, Mr. Kowalkowski was selected into the National Trial Lawyers Association Top 100 Trial Lawyers, which is a professional organization, by invitation only, comprised of America’s top trial attorneys.
